The recordings were made at St. Vincent’s Hospital Medical Center – New York City, New York under the supervision of Virginia Rooney Pagano, M.D.
The record was produced by Roerig, a division of Pfizer, wrapped in a tri-fold cardstock holder marketing the drug Marax.
