Necromancer

Conceived as a kind of musical “exorcism”, Necromancer attempts to confront and release the emotional charge contained within Okamura’s images. Rather than simply reproducing their capacity to shock, Wilson explores through music the emotional energy he perceives within them, with the intention that, through the experience of the work as a whole, the images might gradually be stripped of some of their power to provoke fear, horror and trauma.
