Sounds from the Bardo returns with Vol. II — Live from Judson Memorial Church — featuring the first (and currently only) published recording of the trio of Tony Leone (percussion), Scott Metzger (guitar) and Jeff Hill (bass), recorded live in NYC on November 10, 2020. Also included on the album are guided meditations by Jessica Angima and an original light show produced by Bubba Ayoub.
Sounds from the Bardo is Psychedelic Sangha’s album-based series of immersive journeys into liminal states of consciousness—the bardo.
We invite you to ‘turn on’ with us by starting your journey with a short “Going Out” meditation. Following ~60 minutes of mind altering music from the trio, you’ll be gently returned via a “Coming Back” meditation. Cue the video and you are well on your way!
